Job description
- you are responsible for all service vehicles in leasing contract
- you have contact with the users of these vehicles, leasing companies, insurance companies, equipment suppliers, brand dealers and garages
- Taking into account the lifespan of the vehicles, you start the ordering process in good time. You request quotes from the various active leasing companies, make the necessary price comparisons, place the orders and follow up on delivery. You ensure the correct return of the vehicles at the end of leasing
- You follow up on the current lease contracts and optimize these contracts based on the actual use of the vehicles
- You are responsible for the internal and external equipment of the service vehicles. To do this, you manage the specifications, make the necessary orders and follow up on the modifications of the vehicles
- You periodically draw up the necessary reports on, among other things, fuel consumption, budgets and schedules
Profiel Fleet planner
- You have a bachelors degree
- you have a first experience in a similar function, preferably in the automotive sector
- you have a technical affinity
