Function Senior UX Designer

Tasks

  • Lead UX research and maintain a comprehensive repository.
  • Facilitate workshops for ideation, co-design, and user testing.
  • Gather user needs using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Develop personas and define interaction models.
  • Identify business processes, define user journeys, and recommend improvements.
  • Create storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
  • Present design solutions to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with UI Designers and Developers.
  • Contribute to broader UX Chapter activities.

Profile Senior UX Designer

Hard Skills

  • +5 years in design thinking within agile projects.
  • Proficiency in research methods.
  • 3 years in interaction design and information architecture.
  • Ability in Figma for wireframes and user flows.
  • Proficiency in design and presentation software.
  • Formal qualification in UX.

Soft Skills

  • Pragmatic, positive, and flexible.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Passion for Information Technologies.
  • Fluent in French or Dutch and English.

We arrange an interview with your new potential employer and at the same time act as an intermediary. We get a clear insight from both sides on how the process is perceived and communicate this feedback to all parties involved.

Have the interviews gone well? Then you will receive a contract proposal from our customer and a new challenge will start for you! We will regularly follow up on you to make sure the job turns out exactly as you expected. And of course we are always there for you if you have questions, comments or concerns. In short, you are never alone!
