Als Functional Analyst Billing (SAP IS-U) maak je deel uit van een Agile organisatie waar je samenwerkt in een multidisciplinair team van marketeers, analisten, procesingenieurs en andere experten. Jij bent de brug tussen business en IT: je vertaalt de behoeften van de business naar functionele oplossingen die technisch haalbaar en kostenefficiënt zijn.

Function Functioneel Analist Billing

  • Je analyseert en vertaalt business requirements naar end-to-end oplossingen die de klantbehoeften vervullen.

  • Je werkt iteratief om snel waarde te leveren en oplossingen tijdig op te leveren.

  • Je monitort en analyseert incidenten en defecten, en bepaalt de juiste acties om ze op te lossen.

  • Je voert tests uit in samenwerking met andere teams.

  • Je streeft voortdurend naar efficiëntie en een uitstekende klantervaring.

Profile Functioneel Analist Billing

  • Je bent vloeiend drietalig: Engels, Nederlands en Frans. (Je beheerst minstens één combinatie uitstekend: EN/NL of EN/FR.)

  • Je hebt grondige ervaring met SAP IS-U Billing/Invoicing.

  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en kunt afhankelijkheden goed inschatten.

  • Je hebt een end-to-end visie op vereisten en oplossingen.

  • Je bent een goede luisteraar met een klantgerichte mindset.

  • Je voelt je comfortabel bij het faciliteren van meetings en het geven van presentaties.

  • Je werkt graag in een Agile omgeving en haalt energie uit strakke deadlines en sprints.

Have the interviews gone well? Then you will receive a contract proposal from our customer and a new challenge will start for you! We will regularly follow up on you to make sure the job turns out exactly as you expected. And of course we are always there for you if you have questions, comments or concerns. In short, you are never alone!
