IT Project Manager

Wij zoeken een ervaren Project Manager om een intern development team van ongeveer 14 personen te leiden. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over uitdagende IT-projecten, van initiële klantvraag tot oplevering en onderhoud van de applicaties.

Function IT Project Manager

  • Leiden van een team van analisten, architecten en developers in projecten rond digitale transformatie.

  • Beheren van het volledige projectproces: planning, scope, budget, risico’s, kwaliteit en stakeholders.

  • Coördineren van meerdere projecten en teams, inclusief rapportage aan het management en stakeholdermanagement.

  • Organiseren, motiveren en ontwikkelen van je team, zodat ze optimaal presteren en groeien in hun rol.

  • Zorgen voor een vlotte implementatie van Agile-methodieken en bijdragen aan continue procesverbetering.

Technologieën en methodieken: Agile, BPMN, Customer Journey, Java Spring, Angular

Profile IT Project Manager

  • Ervaring met project- en programmamanagement (Prince2 of gelijkwaardig).

  • Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en ervaring in teamontwikkeling.

  • Kennis van Agile en verandertrajecten.

  • Vermogen om complexe informatie te vertalen naar duidelijke acties.

  • Klantgerichte mindset en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel technisch als zakelijk.

  • Organisatievermogen, probleemoplossend denkvermogen en aanpassingsvermogen.

  • Actieve kennis van Frans of Nederlands, en goede Engelse schrijfvaardigheid voor documentatie.

In case of a positive answer, we will invite you for a face-to-face interview to get to know you better and to take a closer look at "who you are" and "what you are looking for". We will look at your ambitions/expectations in the short and long term, your motivation and will examine which company culture suits you best.

Interview with employer 

We arrange an interview with your new potential employer and at the same time act as an intermediary. We get a clear insight from both sides on how the process is perceived and communicate this feedback to all parties involved. 

Step 4Contract proposal & follow-up

Contract proposal & follow-up

Have the interviews gone well? Then you will receive a contract proposal from our customer and a new challenge will start for you! We will regularly follow up on you to make sure the job turns out exactly as you expected. And of course we are always there for you if you have questions, comments or concerns. In short, you are never alone!
