Ben jij een analytische duizendpoot met een passie voor het vertalen van complexe bedrijfsbehoeften naar concrete oplossingen? Binnen een Agile organisatie maak je deel uit van een multidisciplinair team (marketeers, analysts, process engineers, …) en fungeer je als de brug tussen business-profielen en technische teams.

Function Functioneel Analist

Als Functional Analyst ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor het analyseren en vertalen van vereisten naar end-to-end oplossingen die zowel klantgericht als kostenefficiënt zijn. Je werkt iteratief om snel waarde te leveren en een korte time-to-market te realiseren. Daarnaast monitor en analyseer je incidenten en defecten en identificeer je de acties die nodig zijn om deze op te lossen. Samen met collega’s voer je tests uit en je streeft continu naar efficiënte processen en een uitstekende klantbeleving.

Profile Functioneel Analist

  • Je bent drie- of meertalig: Engels, Nederlands en Frans. Minimaal één van de combinaties EN/FR of EN/NL moet uitstekend zijn.

  • Je hebt ervaring met SAP IS-U Billing/Invoicing.

  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om afhankelijkheden te detecteren en beoordelen.

  • Je kunt vereisten en oplossingen end-to-end beoordelen.

  • Je bent een goede luisteraar en denkt en handelt met een customer-centric mindset.

  • Je voelt je comfortabel bij het faciliteren van meetings en het geven van presentaties in groepen.

  • Je gedijt goed bij het werken tegen deadlines (sprints) en hebt een agile mindset.

We arrange an interview with your new potential employer and at the same time act as an intermediary. We get a clear insight from both sides on how the process is perceived and communicate this feedback to all parties involved. 

Step 4Contract proposal & follow-up

Contract proposal & follow-up

Have the interviews gone well? Then you will receive a contract proposal from our customer and a new challenge will start for you! We will regularly follow up on you to make sure the job turns out exactly as you expected. And of course we are always there for you if you have questions, comments or concerns. In short, you are never alone!
