Business Analyst

Voor onze klant in de haven van Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een Business Analyst. Als Business Analyst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van de functionele vereisten, maar ook het projectbeheer. Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen (vb. IT, productie & financiën) om IT-behoeften te identificeren en projecten op te starten.

Function Business Analyst

Volgende zaken behoren tot jouw takenpakket:

Grondige analyse van bedrijfsprocessen en -behoeften om problemen en oplossingen te identificeren;
Opstellen van gedetailleerde projectplannen en het nauwlettend monitoren van SAP-implementatieprojecten;
Leiden van projectteams en zorgen voor een optimale communicatie tussen alle partijen;
Ontwerpen, configureren en aanpassen van SAP-modules om te voldoen aan de specifieke eisen van onze organisatie;
Zorgvuldig beheer van het budget en tijdige rapportage van de projectstatus aan het management;
Verzorgen van training en coaching voor gebruikers van SAP.

Profile Business Analyst

Bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT, bedrijfsmanagement of andere relevante studiegebieden;
Een eerste ervaring als Business Analyst;
Uitgebreide kennis van SAP;
Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en Engels;
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en idealiter ervaring met projectmanagement.

We arrange an interview with your new potential employer and at the same time act as an intermediary. We get a clear insight from both sides on how the process is perceived and communicate this feedback to all parties involved.

Step 4Contract proposal & follow-up

Contract proposal & follow-up

Have the interviews gone well? Then you will receive a contract proposal from our customer and a new challenge will start for you! We will regularly follow up on you to make sure the job turns out exactly as you expected. And of course we are always there for you if you have questions, comments or concerns. In short, you are never alone!
