Ben jij een ervaren Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 die energie krijgt van een uitdagende en dynamische werkomgeving? Voor een grote operationele organisatie in de regio Brussel zoeken we een freelancer die de veiligheid, gezondheid en het welzijn van medewerkers en contractors naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Function Freelance Preventieadviseur Niveau 1

Als Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 speel je een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van een veilige werkomgeving binnen een complexe, grootschalige operationele site.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses, audits en werkplekinspecties

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van het Globaal Preventieplan en Jaaractieplan

  • Adviseren van het management rond veiligheids- en welzijnsbeleid

  • Onderzoeken van incidenten en voorstellen van verbetermaatregelen

  • Organiseren van opleidingen en sensibiliseringsacties voor personeel en contractors

Profile Freelance Preventieadviseur Niveau 1

  • Diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 (verplicht)

  • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in arbeidsveiligheid of welzijn op het werk

  • Ervaring in een industriële, logistieke of operationele omgeving

  • Bachelor of Masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

  • Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans is een plus

  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit

  • Je werkt vlot met SharePoint en bent vertrouwd met veiligheidswetgeving

  • Pluspunt: kennis van Event Safety en werken met derden

Contract proposal & follow-up

Have the interviews gone well? Then you will receive a contract proposal from our customer and a new challenge will start for you! We will regularly follow up on you to make sure the job turns out exactly as you expected. And of course we are always there for you if you have questions, comments or concerns. In short, you are never alone!
