Ben jij de drijvende kracht die een constructieteam naar een hoger niveau tilt? Voor een uitdagend project in de Antwerpse haven zoeken wij een ervaren E&I Supervisor die niet alleen toekijkt, maar de lijnen uitzet en de voortgang bewaakt.

Function E&I Supervisor

In deze fase ligt de focus volledig op de constructie. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt op de site en zorgt ervoor dat de uitvoering vlekkeloos verloopt. Geen ivoren toren, maar een rol midden in de actie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Aansturing: Je stuurt de verschillende E&I-contractoren aan en zorgt dat de neuzen dezelfde kant op staan.
Monitoring: Je checkt de kwaliteit van het geleverde werk en pusht op de afgesproken deadlines.
Veiligheid & Kwaliteit: Je bent onverzettelijk als het gaat om veiligheidsvoorschriften en technische standaarden.
Rapportage: Je schakelt nauw met het projectteam over de voortgang en eventuele bottlenecks.

Profile E&I Supervisor

Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in Elektriciteit & Instrumentatie (E&I), bij voorkeur binnen een industriële of petrochemische omgeving.
Je hebt ervaring als Supervisor, Foreman of Senior Technieker met leidinggevende ambities.
Je bent een "pusher" met tact: je krijgt zaken gedaan zonder de werkrelatie te schaden.
Flexibiliteit: Voor de eerste 3 maanden ben je beschikbaar van 07:00u tot 17:00u en sta je open voor weekendwerk om de cruciale deadlines te halen.

Contract proposal & follow-up

Have the interviews gone well? Then you will receive a contract proposal from our customer and a new challenge will start for you! We will regularly follow up on you to make sure the job turns out exactly as you expected. And of course we are always there for you if you have questions, comments or concerns. In short, you are never alone!
