Als Assistent Productieingenieur ondersteun je de optimalisatie en borging van onze productieprocessen. Je vormt de schakel tussen engineering en de werkvloer en werkt nauw samen met de productieploegen. In deze rol draag je actief bij aan het verbeteren van procedures, efficiëntie en veiligheid binnen onze installatie. Je krijgt veel ruimte om te leren, initiatief te nemen en je technisch te ontwikkelen.

Function Assistent productie ingenieur

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opstellen en actualiseren van procedures, plannen en checklijsten voor de installatie
  • Vertalen van operationele ervaring vanaf de werkvloer naar praktische werkinstructies
  • Evalueren van bestaande procedures en aandragen van verbeteringen en optimalisaties
  • Actief samenwerken met productieploegen om processen te verbeteren
  • Signaleren van knelpunten in de uitvoering en meedenken over oplossingen
  • Rapporteren van bevindingen en voortgang aan het hoofd thermische behandeling / productie
  • Bijdragen aan continue verbetering op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie

Profile Assistent productie ingenieur

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een afgeronde bacheloropleiding
  • Een eerste duidelijke werkervaring in productieprocessen en technische installaties
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
  • Je kunt goed communiceren met zowel operators als engineers
  • Je bent leergierig, proactief en neemt initiatief
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal

You apply online or send us your CV. We will go through your CV internally and see what we can offer you. Do we have a vacancy for which your profile fits? In case of a positive answer, we will invite you for a face-to-face interview to get to know you better and to take a closer look at "who you are" and "what you are looking for". We will look at your ambitions/expectations in the short and long term, your motivation and will examine which company culture suits you best.

Interview with employer 

We arrange an interview with your new potential employer and at the same time act as an intermediary. We get a clear insight from both sides on how the process is perceived and communicate this feedback to all parties involved. 

Step 4Contract proposal & follow-up

Contract proposal & follow-up

Have the interviews gone well? Then you will receive a contract proposal from our customer and a new challenge will start for you! We will regularly follow up on you to make sure the job turns out exactly as you expected. And of course we are always there for you if you have questions, comments or concerns. In short, you are never alone!
