2. Acquaintance meeting
When we have a vacancy that you qualify for, we will first offer it to you by telephone. In case you are interested, we will take the second step of inquiring whether the employer is interested in your profile. We will link this to you personally, regardless of whether the feedback is positive or negative. In case of positive feedback, we will invite you for an acquaintance meeting. During the meeting at Bimona, we will go deeper into who you are, and what your goals are, so that we can find a perfect match with the right employer. We will take a look at your short-term and long-term ambitions, and determine what kind of company would suit you best.
After the acquaintance meeting, we will arrange a meeting between you and the client. After every conversation between you and the client, we shall get in touch with both parties to get feedback. We act as an intermediary, and we pass the feedback on to the other party. When required, we also give coaching, so that the application process is completed with the necessary self-confidence.
When the the whole selection process went positively, you will receive a contract proposal from our client. Bimona is a recruitment and selection agency, which means that our vacancies lead to direct recruitment for our clients, with a permanent contract. We also regularly work with freelancers to fill in specific and urgent vacancies.
Once you have signed the contract with our client, a new challenge starts for you! We continue to monitor things for a few months, to make sure that your new job turns out to be the way you had hoped and expected.
